1. Drink up and soak up
Hydration comes in many forms, but as long as you start your mornings with a refreshing splash of lukewarm water, inside and out, your skin will be forever grateful. In addition to your morning glass of lemon-water, a gentle wash with an all-natural cleansing product is in order, such as the Kahina goat milk soap bar. 2. Break a sweat
