Five Favorite Follows: My Instagram Obsession

If you are anything like me, Instagram can quickly suck you in (where did that last hour go, right?!) with all of the beautiful graphics, motivational quotes, and inspiring captions. For me, my day job is as a graphic designer, so I am constantly looking through Instagram to keep me inspired and also to keep up on trends within the different industries my clients work in – and my own!

There are many ways to inspire creativity, but one of my ways is checking out what my favorite brands and businesses are up to and I find that the quickest way to do this is through their Instagram feeds. This is often where you get to see behind the scenes content that you might not get on their website or other social media profiles.

Below are my current favorite Instagram accounts to follow:

the pretty little hustler

The Pretty Little Hustler is an NYC blog that focuses on fashion and the new york lifestyle. I love her Insta feed because it is always bright, cheerful and interesting! I love when she shares her packing must-haves and her lazy Sunday gear. Overall, I just love that it is a different take on fashion and lifestyle and that it feels very authentic to herself. Her blog is a little over 1 year old now, so head on over and take a look!

sugar paper la

All of your stationery dreams come true! Sugar Paper is a social stationery company, located in LA, that sells cards, planners, bags, gift wrap and more. There Insta feed is a collection of their products, my faves being these totes and these pale pink tone cards. Get updates on new products, plus pretty office inspiration. All the pretty little things.

bloom and wanderr

I just recently found Tarah Munter, the MN-based lifestyle blogger and I loooooove her feed! Her blog covers topics like What I Keep In My Gym Bag and 3 Ways To Get Out of a Creative Rut. Her Insta feed is such a great curation of her lifestyle and has such an interesting aesthetic. With office view shots and style posts, it is such a fun feed to scroll through.

The Fox That Made

For Nadia Sila, the owner of the online Etsy shop, The Fox That Made, relaxation means creating. Her store features banners, wall decals, and prints for the nursery and home. As a fellow creative, I love anything designed, sewn and beautifully photographed, so naturally, I was drawn to her Instagram feed. I mean, stunning, right?! I have had my eye on this guy and seriously love all of the cute sayings on her signs. One of my favorite things about her feed is that she throws in inspirational interior design pics every once in a while, that have me dreaming about redecorating. With a cute handmade banner, of course!

The Lowly Life

Danielle Cosgrove, the blogger at The Lowly Life, has the best fall-feeling Insta feed right now! It just feels cozy and warm, perfect for the cooler weather. I love this post about being excited for all things fall and all the amazing home decor shots she shares with us. Her feed is the perfect mix of personal and abstract and I always find myself double tapping her photos!
